Our Story

20 Years of Turning Challenges into Working Solutions

MaxPly began its journey in 2005 as a dedicated plywood trading entity. We quickly realized that to guarantee the quality our clients demanded, we needed to control the source. This drove our transition from pure trade to manufacturing — including the construction of our own factory.

The business began in Bulgaria, where direct involvement in manufacturing shaped a hands-on understanding of materials, processes, and real production challenges. From the early days, the focus was not on volume, but on doing things properly — selecting the right materials, maintaining consistent quality, and building reliable working relationships.

Production and sourcing activities expanded beyond Bulgaria, establishing strong operational connections across Ukraine, Europe, and the North American market. Today, we operate as a family-owned industrial player that combines the agility of a trader with the technical depth of a producer — understanding not only what a product is, but how it will be used, transported, and integrated into our customers' workflows.
