TWIN Film Faced Plywood — Advanced Formwork Engineering by MaxPly

MaxPly TWIN Film Faced Plywood represents the pinnacle of engineered timber for the construction industry. By combining outdoor-grade poplar faces with a robust pine or hybrid core, these panels achieve a superior multi-layer cross-laminated structure. High load-bearing capacity and stiffness make it the preferred choice for bridges, scaffolding, and intensive formwork. Phenolic surface provides exceptional resistance to moisture and abrasion, ensuring a smooth finish for architectural concrete through multiple reuse cycles. E1 compliant, EPA TSCA Title VI certified. Thicknesses 2–40 mm.

Product Overview

TWIN Plywood is a premium engineered panel developed using a combination of high-performance phenolic films and carefully selected wood veneers. The product is manufactured with outdoor-grade Poplar faces, overlaid with phenol-formaldehyde resin impregnated high-density paper film.

The multi-layer cross-laminated structure provides excellent structural integrity, stiffness, and load-bearing performance. The core can be manufactured from pine or a combination of poplar and pine, depending on the desired balance between weight, strength, and surface quality.

High-quality WBP bonding technology ensures strong adhesion and reliable performance in demanding environments. Formaldehyde emissions comply with E1 classification and meet EPA TSCA Title VI requirements.
