Commercial Plywood

Birch · Poplar · Pine · hardwood core birch faces· hardwood hevea furniture · hardwood hevea upholstery

Commercial Plywood is a multi-purpose wood panel used across a wide range of industries. It is produced by pressing together several layers of natural wood veneers with strong high quality bonding agents, creating a panel with balanced structure and reliable performance. The cross-layered construction provides good rigidity, uniform thickness, and resistance to warping. Due to its cost efficiency, easy handling and adaptability, commercial plywood is commonly selected for furniture production, interior fittings, cabinetry and standard construction works. It serves as a dependable solution for both professional use and everyday projects. Raw plywood is a wood-based panel manufactured by pressing together thin layers of wood veneer under high temperature and pressure. The veneers are bonded using either WBP adhesives (phenol-formaldehyde, resistant to boiling water) or MR adhesives (urea-formaldehyde, moisture resistant), depending on the required performance. During production, the grain direction of each layer is arranged at right angles to the adjacent layers, usually forming a balanced structure with an different number of plies. This cross-oriented structure ensures improved strength, stability, and resistance to deformation. The surface veneer can be selected as smooth and knot-free for decorative purposes or knotty where appearance is less critical and structural performance is prioritized.

Film Faced Plywood

Birch · Poplar · Pine · Twin · EZ Form · EZ Forrm Plus · Top Form · Pro Form · STD Form · LT Form

Film Faced Plywood is a construction-grade panel developed for heavy-duty applications. Its surface is covered with a protective film layer, usually based on phenolic or melamine materials, which protects the board from moisture, surface wear and chemical exposure. This coating improves the panel’s durability and working life, making it suitable for concrete casting systems, scaffolding platforms and other environments, where high resistance and repeated use are required. The product offers stable dimensions, smooth handling, and consistent performance in demanding conditions.

We deliver a range of contemporary, sustainably developed engineered wood panels that inspire design and construction professionals, bringing originality and innovation to interior projects worldwide.

Wire Mesh/Anti-slip Film Faced Plywood

Birch · Poplar · Pine · EZ Mesh · EZ Mesh Plus

Wiremesh/Anti-slip pattern plywood is engineered with a hexagonal or mesh texture that improves surface traction and safety. This functional pattern is formed by pressing resin-treated phenolic films onto high-quality birch plywood, creating a durable and slip-resistant surface. Manufacturers can select from multiple surface embossing designs depending on the intended application. It delivers a reliable balance between grip, durability, and long-term performance. The phenolic film used in production is reinforced with special resins, giving the panel strong resistance to abrasion, moisture, chemicals, and external wear, making it suitable for intensive use in industrial, transport, and construction environments.
